A real full immersion in what are the most ancient traditions of our territory: cooking and viticulture.

Upon arrival you will be greeted with a walk through the rows and, by means of a map that will guide you to magnificent viewpoints of our estate, you can surprise yourself with breathtaking views

You will then follow with a stop in the cellar, where the tasting experience will begin with a welcome drink based on their brand new ‘Nebulo’ vermouth from Chianti.

After the aperitif, you will sit on the terrace overlooking the vineyard, a corner of paradise overlooking San Gimignano where three friendly friends will be waiting for you: Enzo, Cesare and Gaspare (a donkey and two goats).

Lunch or dinner will consist of three courses typical of Tuscan gastronomy such as: appetizer, first course and dessert The dishes will be made exclusively by their housekeeper Raffaella with 0 km ingredients. In combination with each course you will have the opportunity to taste all the lotus labels.
