Cooking class at Monte

Loriana and Ilaria welcome you to their farmhouse for a special cooking lesson full of fun and good food. Choose a menu between the two proposed (see NOTES) and try your hand at preparing homemade pasta, lasagna, pizza, cantuccini and many other delicious traditional home recipes!
You will see, even the children will have fun!
At the end of the preparation all you have to do is enjoy your dishes in the dining room.
The activity is suitable for children aged 8 and over and over 65.
The room where the cooking class takes place is accessible to customers with disabilities.
The menu can be adapted to a vegetarian version. In case of celiac disease, it is possible to identify an ad hoc menu but it must be shared by all participants to avoid contamination. We kindly ask you to communicate any food allergies or intolerances in advance by writing to info@renaiemonte.com
It is possible to choose between three different menus:
menu A: 40€ minimum 4 people
- fried dough + cured meat
- Pizza
- sweet pizza
menu B: 85€ minimum 2 people
- Appetizers: crostini of chopped liver OR aubergines of the “Pizzaiola”;
- First course: pappardelle (wide noodles) with ragù OR tomato sauce OR lasagne with ragù;
- Second course: Stewed rabbit
- Dessert: cantuccini and Vin Santo
