La Taverna is a family-run organic farm
that produces saffron, aromatic herbs, pearl spelled, jams, spelled beer, vegetables and chilli.
At La Taverna the land is cultivated in respect of natural cycles and healthy products are collected, typical of the Tuscan tradition. Extra virgin olive oil and craft beer are also produced.
Maria Elena and her family will be happy to tell you the secrets of their productions and, if you want, you can stop to taste or buy their specialties!
