Tasting onion on the sidelines

Visit to the farm with a description of the production process and history of the Certaldo onion. Walk through the vegetable garden with harvesting of onions and vegetables. Tasting with Certaldo onion products and artisan cured meats (including local wine). Cooking show of one of the Certaldo onion products.
In case of rain, a gazebo is available where the indoor tasting can take place.
