Surrounded by a gentle and relaxing landscape, the villa is the ideal choice for those who want to experience an authentic holiday in Tuscany, characterised by comfort, privacy and contact with nature.

The property, a spacious, recently renovated farmhouse, is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden and has a private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing on summer days while enjoying the view of the Tuscan hills. The outdoor areas invite you to slow down, read a book in the shade, organise outdoor lunches and dinners, or simply let yourself be enveloped by the silence of the countryside.

The Villa

With a total surface area of 223 m², the villa ‘A Casa di Franca’ can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, with the possibility of hosting up to 14, making it ideal for large families, groups of friends or small retreats. The spacious and well-distributed rooms guarantee comfort and conviviality, without sacrificing the privacy of each guest.

Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, each equipped with a sofa bed that converts into a single bed, designed to offer a practical and comfortable stay. The ground floor has two large living rooms, one of which has a cosy sitting area and fireplace, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Both rooms have double sofa beds and there is a bathroom accessible to people with disabilities.

Staying at ‘A Casa di Franca’ also means being in a strategic position to explore some of Tuscany’s most fascinating destinations. From here, it is easy to reach historic villages such as San Gimignano, Volterra and Certaldo, as well as the art cities of Florence, Siena and Pisa. The Gambassi Terme area also offers nature trails, food and wine experiences, wineries, spas and wellness activities.
