The pruning of olive trees, for example, is still done with the help of neighbors, <strong>networking energies because beyond all contemporary myths, the countryside is still hard work.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<em>Big shoes and fine brains,<\/em>\u201d says an Italian proverb, and <strong>the Baragli family has the merit of having cultivated not only the land<\/strong> <strong>but also a far-sighted idea<\/strong>: open house, become hosts. Today, the idea that was Ritano Baragli&#8217;s is made concrete every day by Ilaria &#8211; the youngest of his daughters &#8211; who for the past few years has been looking after the house and the tourists with an enthusiasm that is typical of young people at the start of a new adventure. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Ilaria<\/strong> is not only a caring hostess, but she is the local friend everyone wants: <strong>she dispenses advice, plans<\/strong> <strong>and goes the extra mile for each of her guests<\/strong>. Helping her is <em>her mother Loriana, the classic mom &#8211; and agrichef<\/em> &#8211; who teaches you how to roll out dough and bakes cakes for breakfast. Among her many commitments in the fields, you will happen to find her in the garden tending her flowers.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A relaxed atmosphere can be found at Renai and Monte.
