It tells of the death of Melagro and of the copious tears shed by the sisters who pitied the gods to the point of deciding to transform them into small and graceful birds that bore the signs of weeping on their livery: the white pearls that stand out on the plumage.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Leg of guinea fowl with Vernaccia di San Gimignano, lemon and fresh thyme<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><b><i>Ingredients for 4 people<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 guinea fowl legs<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1 clove of garlic<\/li>\n<li>2 medium lemons<\/li>\n<li>20g of butter<\/li>\n<li>1 bottle of Vernaccia<\/li>\n<li>Flour to taste<\/li>\n<li>Thyme to taste<\/li>\n<li>Salt and Pepper to taste.<\/li>\n<li>Oil to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><i>Proceedings<\/i><\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salt and pepper the guinea fowl legs.
